VARGAS & ASSOCIATES LTD., (CVA) was formed in 1978 to provide consulting engineering services in the fields of water supply, waste-water pollution control, civil works, transportation facilities and land development to municipal, state and federal agencies and to private developers. CVA has vast experience in planning and design of shooting range sports facilities and parks, site development, water, sewer and earth moving projects.
